✨ Hey, I’m Molly—the face behind GROW Salon and Spa, a lover of amazing hair, good books, and all things green. 🌿

I’ve been in this industry since 2006, doing hair since 2010, and I’ve done it all—commission stylist, educator, renter, and now salon owner. In 2020, I took a leap (in the middle of a pandemic!) and opened my first studio. Fast forward to now, GROW has expanded into something bigger than I ever imagined, and my hot husband even has his own barbershop inside our space. 😘

Beyond creating beautiful hair, I’m passionate about passing on knowledge and coaching new talent. I love helping stylists build their dream careers, whether it’s through mentorship, business strategy, or just being a sounding board for their big ideas. You’ll often find me soaking up business-building podcasts, diving into education in my spare time, and always looking for ways to grow (pun absolutely intended).

When I’m not behind the chair or geeking out over biz stuff, you’ll find me outside with my hands in the dirt, nurturing my plants with an audiobook in my ears. I also love to travel—especially to visit my dad in Puerto Rico whenever I can.
